 Kicking off the Democratic National Convention this week our iced shortbread Obama and McCain cookies are now available. Choose the Sweeter Leader by casting your vote with a cookie purchase. The winner will be evident in November.

Our cake decorating fundraiser at Sundays Garden Festival was a huge success! We raised $350 for St. Vincent De Paul's soup kitchen in Germantown. Mayoral candidate Michael Nutter along with tv personalities Larry Mendte, Dawn Stensland, Dawn Timmeney and Anita Brikman each decorated a cake that was auctioned off to the highest bidders. Winners were Barbra Shivy(2 cakes!), Ed Berg, Lyles Perkins and Laura Reale. Thank you all for your generosity!
